The tracking provided with your order is correct! Please note that the package must first travel to the sorting facility. Once it has been scanned in, the tracking number will be activated.

Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved.
